Pediatric Associates of Austin-Payment For Services

We ask that office co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance be paid at the time of the visit.  In cases where an insurance company or other party is presumed liable for the child’s medical expenses, Pediatric Associates expects the person bringing the child for care to make payment.  We cannot wait for the conclusion of court cases or disputed insurance claims before being paid.  If no payment has been received or payment schedule arranged on an outstanding balance after 60 days, necessary collection proceedings will begin. Your receipts from each visit should be saved to use as your itemized statements for tax purposes or other needs.

If you have an insurance plan that Pediatric Associates does not participate with, we will provide you with a receipt that includes all of the information you will need to submit to your insurance company, along with your insurance claim form, for your reimbursement.  Payment will be expected on the day of service.
