Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance Update 10/29/04

Dear families at Pediatric Associates:
On October 28, 2004 our practice administrator, Laurie Serafine, had a telephone conversation with Mr. Darren Rodgers, Senior Vice President of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas. The take-home message after the conversation was that they will not negotiate any change in fees. We have forwarded the majority of the emails written on our behalf to Mr. Rodgers. He had not received any that were written to Renee Baram or Becky Gdula.
Given that our concerns are not being forwarded to those at Blue Cross who make the decisions, we are providing you with additional contact information.
