Pediatric Associates of Austin now uses Instamed for all statements issued on or after 6/22/2026, delivering them by email and US mail. Existing balances before that date will continue to be sent through HealthiPass by text and email, with payment options via HealthiPass links, in office, or phone. By creating an Instamed account, families can view detailed visit information, choose paperless billing, and enjoy a smoother payment experience.
For balances dated before 6/22/2026, statements continue to arrive via HealthiPass, and payments can be made through the provided link, directly at the office, or over the phone. Starting 6/22/2026, Instamed will issue statements and accept payments online through a secure account, while still offering mail in options for those who prefer it.
