Value Added Service Fee Scholarship Information

We realize that from time to time families can develop financial hardships.  If you are experiencing such a time and the Value Added Fee is a financial burden, drop us a line explaining your situation and we'll try to help.  We've had a few scholarship donations given to us by our patients and friends and Pediatric Associates will match those donations dollar for dollar in support of our patients who may need a little extra help. If you feel that your family has a financial hardship, please send us a letter detailing your personal situation.  You can mail the letter to us at:
